The Kaiser Enterprise is a privately held, vertically-integrated turn-key supplier of industrial systems. Our diverse group of companies has the expertise to serve a wide array of markets. From automotive paint shops, to data centers, to water infrastructure plants, the Kaiser Enterprise is poised to offer any solution from projects to products.

The Kaiser Enterprise includes, Gallagher-Kaiser (GK), GK de Mexico, GK Canada, GK GmbH Germany, Universal Piping Industries (UPI), Tann Corporation, Kais-AIR®, Commerce Controls Incorporated (CCI), Ventcon Incorporated, Rival Insulation, Kaiser Industrial and Universal Fire Protection (UFP).

Additionally, Kais-AIR® has the exclusive license from UK-based BladeRoom Group Limited (BRG) to design, fabricate and install data centers, or "BladeRooms" in North America. The licensing agreement includes rights to BRG's Intellectual Property (IP). We are the only entity in North America licensed to manufacture or sell BRG products.

With over 200 designers & engineers, we have the in-house resources, to get our customers to market faster.

For example, using our CFD modeling software, we can perform fluid flow, thermal dynamic, and heat transfer simulations of HVAC systems we can validate during the design phase with a virtual prototype.

Safety is Our Standard

Gallagher-Kaiser’s safety policy is the prevention of all occupational injuries. Our goal is to establish the safest work environment possible with zero recordable incidents. Management at all levels is responsible for integrating this policy into positive and productive business practices.

Hazards are identified and eliminated in every task we perform through our pre-task planning procedures. We understand that safety must be an integral part of production efficiency, quality control, and cost reduction. GK rewards our crews for meeting and exceeding our high standards.
